After more than 30 years in working with some of the world’s most brilliant corporations and educational institutions, I have never been more excited about the opportunities for change, growth and innovation than those that are happening right now. The challenges are many, but so are the potential rewards. But to reap the benefits it has never been more important to ensure that everyone – without exception – is skilled and able to address the challenges of the global economy to the best of their abilities.

My focus is on helping to ensure that both individual scientists and engineers and organizations innovate, embrace diversity and enhance their reputations. Here, you’ll find my thoughts, writings and presentations on these important topics.  Please take a look around and if you have any questions, I’d love to answer them.
