NSF wants to put Innovators in Charge

In her Xconomy article Judy talked about the need for innovators to take the forefront… NSF is now providing that funding - see the article "National Science Foundation seeks to put innovators back in charge of startups" by Joe McKendrick, which came out on July 29, 2011.
